Batangas Best Bulalo

"Bulalo"... One of Filipino's favorite food. The sticky broth... the smallest amount of meat attached to the bones... and the priced bone marrow...and wow...

I've been into a lot of places already and tasted a lot of version of the famous "bulalo" and guess what, I've found a new place where "bulalo" is really good and it costs less.

The place is in Laguna and the store is known to serve "Batangas' Best Bulalo" and it really it. Well, aside from the bulalo, they also serve a variety of dishes. If you happen to love vegetables, I recommend you try their version of "chopsuey" at a price of P230.00, which is good for 2 to 3 persons already. They also served "stuffed pusit", "barbecue", and a whole lot more.

What actually cathes my attention are the "native wine" that is on display along with other local delicacies. The place is cozy and big enough to cater private celebration, but I'm not sure if they offer that kind of service.

On our next trip to Laguna, we would sure visit the place again and will take pictures of the area so that you can see it all as well...

Thinking of food makes me hungry, so... 'till next time... Bon appetit!

Villa Caragan

Hmmnn...It has been a long time since I last updated this blog. To be honest, I have totally forgotten my log in and I'm also busy at work.

Anyways, now I'm back and ready to give you the latest updates of the places that I have visited.

Last September, our team had a team building in Pansol, Laguna. We went to a private resort called "Villa Caragan". We'll the resort is owned by the grandparents of one of my teammates. And we had a great time at the resort.

Well, the resort is nice. It has a private pool for adults and a mini kiddie pool as well. If you love to play billiards, there is also a billiard table and if you love to sing your heart out... the videoke  machine is just the right stuff for you.

We went there at around 5pm already so we're already a bit tired when we reached the area. Anyways, Laguna is around an hour or 2 hours away from Sucat, Parañaque. We stopped by our Supervisor's place to get our food.

But I can tell you, the place is really great and the price is reasonable... And guess what, this coming November, we already planned to go back on the same place and I will give you more update about it as well...

Till next time...

Santana Grove ... a haven in the heart of Parañaque

Who would have thought that in Parañaque, you can find a place where you can relax, unwind, shop and find good food.

Located at Dr A Santos drive, in Sucat, Parañaque lies Santana grove. The area showcases a lot of fastfoods and some restaurants. If you're a tapa lover, I recommend eating at TAPA King. But if you love to drink and just chill, Gerry's Grill is the place you can visit.

Santana Grove's biggest tenant is ShopWise. If you're in need of parking space, you need not worry because Santana has a very big parking space

If you're a coffee lover, go drop by at Mocha Blends or at Starbucks. Pasta lover? Then Tomato and Cheese is the place to be. If you want pizza, then try Yellow Cab pizza.

Need more information?... Why not visit the place... See you there!!!

Relax... Unwind... "Ortigas"

Working in a call center is really stressful. After a days work, we always wish to find a place where we can unwind, relax and chill for just a day. After all, we need to express all the frustations that we have in life.

If you are in Ortigas, I recommend that you go to METROWALK. It's one of the best places in Ortigas where you can find good food, bars and even stay there for a while and see people like you who is trying to relax and unwind. There's a couple of good restaurants in the area as well. If you happen to love Japanese food, I strongly recommend MINATO and try the Chicken Teriyaki Salad.
And, if you love  MAKI, try their very own MISATO MAKI. If you're trying to save on your budget, you can go to Yohoo! and with just a small amount of P50, you can enjoy their "liempo meal and quarter chicken meal".

If you just wants to relax, try to go to DECADES bar and just all you want all night long. There's a lot of other bars and restaurants in the area that will diffinitely suit your preferences.

I'll be updating this blog from day to day and I will surely bring you news for new updates.

If you want, try to visit the place to see for yourself. Ciao!
